Please limit one pin design per order.
For instance, if you have 5 different pin designs you will need to order each one separately. Shipping is always free so you don’t have to “bundle” multiple designs in a single order to try to save on shipping. Combining multiple pin designs into a single order makes the design and manufacturing process very complicated.
Sure. When submitting your order, simply upload your image file and explain how you would like us to use it. We accept vector (AI, EPS, PDF) and all common picture formats like JPG, PNG, WEBP, and etc. You may also upload images of concepts or sketches of your idea and then we can convert it into a full-color graphic.
Rush Order Pins can be manufactured and shipped as fast as 1 business day. They will be delivered by FedEx to arrive on the date you enter at checkout.
Please note that orders placed after 1pm are usually not processed until the next business day. If you need the pins delivered in less than 24 hours, please contact us.
There are many different types:
Soft Enamel: The soft enamel style is where the colors are separated by a metal line. Most custom pins are Standard Soft Enamel pins. These metal pins have the design impressed into the metal. The recessed areas are then filled with enamel color. They’re vibrant and affordable.
Hard Enamel: These are metal with enamel color. But unlike standard soft enamel pins, Standard Hard Enamel pins have a flat, polished finish.
Die Struck: Made by impressing (striking) the pin design into solid metal, Standard Die Struck pins usually have minimal or no color overlaid, so the metal color is the focus.
Offset Printed: Your design is printed onto a smooth, metal surface. Offset Printing allows for gradients or more intricate color than enamel pins.
Rush Order Pins: These can be manufactured in as little as 1 business day, versus the standard 30 days. Rush Order Pins are manufactured using a laserable base material engineered for fast turnaround. They may feature a genuine metal surface depending on the design, with the finish displayed clearly in the proof. However, Rush Order Pins cannot have raised metal surfaces, accessories, nor packaging upgrades. Learn about the differences between standard pins and our Rush Order Pins.

Start OrderNo. That claim is misleading.
Our Rush Order Pins are made from the latest laser-able composite materials, not cheap plastic. These composites may include plastic components and may also feature a thin metal surface layer, depending on your approved design. This advanced material allows us to produce high-quality custom pins in as little as 24 hours.
By comparison, traditional solid-metal pins may require up to 30 days for production.
Traditional pins are made from solid metal and colored with enamel, which requires advanced metal tooling and hand-coloring for details—processes that take many days and are not ideal for rush orders.
Rush Order Pins are made in the U.S.A. from a laser-able composite material that requires no mold or die. Your design is printed directly onto the surface, which may include a thin metal surface layer, and then laser-cut, allowing production to be completed in a matter of hours instead of weeks.
Major brands repeatedly order from us because we combine professional design, reliable quality, and unmatched speed. Our U.S.-made Rush Order Pins give event planners confidence when deadlines are tight, while our traditional all-metal pins provide classic quality when timing allows. We’ve been trusted by Disney, Amazon, Netflix, and many others — proof that our solutions are respected at the highest level.
While our Rush Order Pins may feature a thin metal surface, Rush Order Pins cannot have raised metal surfaces. Rush Order Pins cannot feature accessories such as glitter, spinners, danglers or blinking lights. Rush Order Pins cannot include special packaging options such as velvet bags but we can ship velvet bags separately. Rush Order Pins can only feature a standard military grade attachment which is extremely durable, but PVC clutches (also called rubber clutches) can be included with your shipment at no additional cost. Rush Order Pins cannot feature exact Pantone® colors, but we use a CMYK equivalent of Pantone® colors.
