Absolutely. When submitting your request for a quote, upload your artwork and explain how you would like us to use it. Vector files are best, but any image format is fine. You can also upload concepts or sketches of your idea and then our artists can then flesh it out into a full-color design.
If you select your pins as a rush order then they can be shipped in as little as 1 business day. The order will be shipped via FedEx and arrive on the date that you select during checkout.
This varies depending on the pin’s design, preferred style and the speed in which it’s needed. During the design process, we provide customers our recommendation on the pin material and style that would best fit their needs.

You only pay after you have approved a final proof of your pin design. You will have the opportunity at that point to adjust your order quantity and shipment speed.
Yes! There is no obligation to purchase pins if you don’t like your pin design.
